We found a treasure in Southgate, Michigan. The Grecian Center is a downriver premier banquet facility. For those interested in an outdoor wedding, like our couple, Bianca and John, a six-acre park, pavilion and stunning garden complete with a pond is there to transform a wedding day into a spectacular event. They have a full kitchen on-site and are known for their exquisite cuisine though Bianca and John chose Bentley Banquet Center for their reception.
Bianca is from the Philippines and met John on a trip here in Michigan. They maintained a long distance relationship that blossomed and culminated into their wedding day.
Music is clearly an important part of their life as they carefully selected every song we played for their ceremony including Flightless Bird by American Mouth, Love Story by Taylor Swift, Aeon from Cinderella and Everything by Michale Buble.
The importance of family and friends was evident in the seven pairs of principal sponsors and an extensive bridal party. We really enjoyed the use of the pastel shades of the different gowns within the bridal party. The flowers were in abudance and the work of My Events Decor. Due to the size of the pavilion, even a little rain did not impact the celebration of the day. We wish Bianca and John as they begin their lives as husband and wife. Congratulations!
