Congratulations to Haz and James on their wedding at Cherry Creek Golf Clubs. This is one of our favorite places to play! The venue is beautiful and offers two options for holding events. The Terrace and Conservatory is lovely and can accommodate up to 210 people. Haz and James chose Lakeview Room for their reception which can accommodate 260 people and overlooks the lake and golf course. The outdoor grass veranda was wonderful setting for their ceremony and cocktails with hors d'oeuvres.
The couple kept it to traditional music for the ceremony. One unique quality to their ceremony was a “Unity Painting”. This is a fun alternative to the traditional unity candle ceremony or sand ceremony that allows the couple to celebrate their unity ceremony in an artistic way that truly represents themselves. We played “Bless the Lord” also known as “10,000 Reasons” for this portion of the ceremony so did not get to see the final painting but am sure it was moving.
For the cocktails, James and Haz chose upbeat contemporary songs that their guests really enjoyed. Despacito, Halo along with hits from Lady Gaga and Jason Mraz were all hits. We send them our best wishes and thank them for the honor of being a part of their wedding day.
