Hollie and Kris exchanged vows on a cold winter's evening before a warm fireplace in the ballroom at Meadow Brook Hall, a National Historic Landmark. Romantics at heart, the couple chose classic love songs for their ceremony. In a unique twist on the Unity Candle tradition, Kris and Hollie chose to make and share a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. It made us think of the fun quote: You are the peanut butter to my jelly.
The guests enjoyed cocktails in the great hall followed by dinner. In anther twist on a classic theme, a strolling dinner was served in stations throughout the hall with tables inviting the guests to wander and appreciate the beauty of Meadow Brook Hall while enjoying a delicious meal. The guests then enjoyed dancing and celebrating until midnight. Meadow Brook Hall certainly curates beautiful wedding experiences. Hollie and Kris had the perfect wedding day thanks to the phenomenal staff. Best wishes!
